1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the platform x1bet, available at x1bet-vip.com, including all Sports Betting services, Live Casino, crash games, and related features. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the x1bet, you confirm that:
- Is at least 18 years of age;
- Is located in Brazil and has legal capacity to enter into contracts;
- You are not acting on behalf of any third party when creating the account;
- Has read and fully understood these Terms before accepting.
Use of the platform constitutes full and unrestricted acceptance of these Terms. The x1bet reserves the right to refuse or close accounts that do not meet these requirements at any time.
2. Registration & Account
2.1 Registration Requirements
To create an account on x1bet, you must provide your full name, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and belong to the account holder. Registering with third-party data or false information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
2.2 One Account Per Holder
Each user may have only one active account with the x1bet. Each CPF may be linked to only one account. If multiple accounts are identified under the same holder, all accounts involved will be blocked. Balances derived from bonuses will not be refunded in that situation; only real deposited balance may be recovered subject to review.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
The x1bet may request identity documents (national ID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of address at any time, especially before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. This verification is required to protect your account and meet legal obligations. Accounts that do not complete verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until the issue is resolved.
2.4 Account Security

3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods
The x1bet accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer from any bank (including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil). The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. Pix deposits are credited instantly. Bank slips (boletos) may take up to 3 business days to clear.
3.2 Deposit Restrictions
Only deposits originating from accounts or payment methods owned by the registered user are accepted. Third-party deposits will be returned in full and the account may be suspended for investigation. The x1bet does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrencies, or any payment methods not listed above.
3.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed preferably via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's name. The processing time is up to 5 minutes after the request, with no fee charged by x1bet. For the first withdrawal or withdrawals above a certain amount, identity verification may be required. The x1bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawals in cases where irregularities are suspected.
3.4 Bonus Balance
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. It must be converted to real balance by meeting the wagering requirements (rollover) described in each promotion. Real balance and bonus balance are displayed separately on the x1bet.
4. Betting Rules
4.1 Accepted Bets
The x1bet accepts bets on sports events covered by the platform, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports, and more. Bets are binding at the moment you confirm the slip and the system returns a confirmation of acceptance.
4.2 Odds and Markets
The odds published on the x1bet reflect the estimated probabilities for each market and include the house margin. Odds may change at any time before an event starts. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply to the slip. Obvious odds errors (for example, odds of 100.00 for a market with a probability close to 90%) may be cancelled by the x1bet and the amounts returned to your balance.
4.3 Postponed or Cancelled Events
If an event is cancelled or postponed before it begins, all pre-match bets related to that event will be voided and the amounts returned to your balance. For events suspended mid-match, open live bets are governed by the specific rules of the sport and data provider. Matches that are permanently abandoned follow the official competition rules — if a partial result is recognized as the official outcome, bets are settled based on that result.
4.4 Combination Bets
Combo bets (accumulators) combine multiple selections into a single ticket. All selections must be correct for the ticket to win. If a selection is cancelled for any reason, it is removed from the combo and the odds are recalculated without that event. Restrictions apply to combining correlated markets from the same game — these restrictions are indicated in the interface when building your ticket.
4.5 Live Betting and Cashout
Live bets are accepted while events are in progress. The x1bet may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments (goals, penalties, red cards). Cash out allows you to settle bets before the event ends at a value calculated by the platform based on current odds. The cash-out amount is always less than the full potential return and may be lower than the staked amount on losing bets.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users of the x1bet are eligible for the 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, capped at R$ 500.00. The bonus is credited automatically after the first eligible deposit. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must meet the rollover requirement as described in the promotion terms in effect at the time of deposit.
5.2 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)
Every bonus issued by x1bet has a defined wagering requirement. The rollover indicates how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus the deposit, depending on the promotion) must be wagered on eligible events or games before the bonus balance is converted into withdrawable balance. Cancelled bets, bets on events with odds below the defined minimum, and bets on excluded markets do not count toward the rollover.
5.3 Bonus Restrictions
Each bonus has an expiration date. Unused bonus balances that are not wagered within the allotted time are automatically cancelled. Each user may participate in a given promotion only once, unless stated otherwise. The x1bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses issued due to a technical error or used in a way that constitutes abuse of the promotions system.
6. Casino Games & Crash Games
The casino and crash games available on the x1bet are provided by certified third-party providers, including Spribe (Aviator, Mines, Plinko), Pragmatic Play (Spaceman), SmartSoft Gaming (JetX), and others. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is published by the x1bet or directly by the provider, and reflect the average expected return over a large number of rounds — not the return from any individual session.
Spribe games use Provably Fair technology, which allows independent verification of each result after the round. The x1bet does not interfere with the algorithms of games provided by certified providers. Technical failures during a round (disconnection, freeze, server error) are governed by each provider's policy — results already confirmed by the game server are upheld; incomplete rounds are cancelled and stakes are refunded.
7. User Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the x1bet:
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse);
- Using automated software (bots) to place bets or access the platform;
- Any form of manipulation of odds, results, or platform systems;
- Combining bets across different accounts to guarantee a return regardless of the outcome;
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity;
- Abusive behavior or harassment toward the support team or other users.
If any of these behaviors are identified, the account will be immediately blocked, pending bets cancelled, and bonus balances forfeited. Real deposit balances may be returned after review, depending on the severity of the violation.
8. Limitation of Liability
The x1bet is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets placed on the platform. Betting is an entertainment activity that carries real financial risk — you may lose the amount wagered. The x1bet is also not liable for technical issues caused by the user's device or connection, delays or failures from external payment providers, or decisions made based on information obtained outside the platform.
The total liability of x1bet under any circumstances is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the incident.
9. Privacy & Data
The processing of personal data by x1bet is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on a dedicated page. In short: your data is collected solely to operate your account, process transactions, and meet legal obligations. We do not share information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 10. Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time by contacting x1bet. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled as normal and your available real balance will be returned via Pix to your registered key. Bonus balances not yet converted to real balance are cancelled at the time of closure.
The x1bet may close or suspend accounts without prior notice in cases of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, use of false information, or a court order. In such cases, the right to a refund of any balance is subject to the completion of an internal investigation.
11. Responsible Gambling
The x1bet is committed to responsible gambling practices. The platform makes the following tools available to all users, accessible directly from account settings:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits;
- Loss limit per period;
- Cooldown (temporary break) from 24 hours to 30 days;
- Permanent self-exclusion from the platform.
Betting is exclusively for users aged 18 and over. The x1bet performs age verification during registration and may request additional documentation at any time. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be closed immediately and the real balance returned to the legal guardian.
